Standard Purchases
Standard purchases are processed and shipped according to our usual shipping and return terms. If you would like to return an item after delivery, please see our Return Policy.
Pre-Orders
For selected products, we may offer the option to place a pre-order before the item is in stock and ready for shipment.
If you place a pre-order, the estimated shipping timing will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before the order has been processed for shipment.

If your pre-order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. In that case, our standard return policy applies.
Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
